First Steps

We’ve made it simple for you.
Start by choosing your album, select your options and add it to your basket.
After that, you just need to register or login to submit your order.

1 – Select the paper
2 – Select the cover material
3 – Select the cover Design

4 – Write Names and Date you want in the cover design
5 – Check to accept the Disclaimer
6 – Drag and drop 150 files or a zip folder with 150 files
7 – Click the button to upload files

8 – After the upload has finished select the number of books you want and click “ADD TO CART”

9 – Now your product was added to the Cart. You can either continue shopping or click the “CHECKOUT” button to place your order.

10 – If you have a discount coupon write it here and click “APPLY COUPON” to validate.
11 – After validate the Coupon click “UPDATE CART” to update the order price.

12 – Scroll down and click “PROCEED THE CHECKOUT”.

– Click “Returning customer?” if you’ve already created an account or if you don’t, fill the form and check “Create an account” to register as customer.

13 – Choose the payment method you prefer  and click “PLACE ORDER” (14) to finalize your order.

– Done! Your order has been received. A copy of this order was been sent to your email.

General Questions

The most effective way to ensure your albums’ longevity is to store them away from food and liquids. Direct sun light, environments with either too warm or too cold temperatures, as well as humid places should be avoided.
Maintenance instructions will be sent along with each product.

Due to the custom nature of our products, your order can’t be cancelled once it has been placed. However, if you notice that you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately through help@theboutiquebook.com and we’ll do our best to help you.

Design The Album

The layout design follows a single style: one image (centered) per page with a white background. The album starts with a printed page at the right, immediately after the fly pages.

Each album of The Lookbook Collection has 150 pages. It’s not possible to add or remove pages.

The Lookbook Collection is printed in Fedrigoni 200grs ink jet paper, without lamination.
You may choose between 2 options: SYMBOL MATT PLUS (coated with matt finishing) and SPLENDORGEL EXTRA WHITE (uncoated).

– No, and there’s no need either. The photos will be displayed on the album according to the file name sequence.

– You must always use 3 digits (for example, 001.jpg, 002.jpg, 003.jpg, 009.jpg, 010.jpg, 011.jpg, …, 150.jpg), to match the sequence that you wish the photos to be displayed.

– The size of the images will be:

Book 12×10″ » Images Sizes(*)
Vertical: 5.51″ (Width) x 8.27″ (Height)
Horizontal: 10.24″ (Width) x 6.82″ (Height)

Duplicates 9.4×8″ – Images Sizes(*)
Vertical: 4.41″ (Width) x 6.61″ (Height)
Horizontal: 8.19″ (Width) x 5.46″ (Height)

(*) The size will be different if Width and Height image ratio is not 3×2.

– Files must be sent in JPG format, with 300dpis and color profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1 .

– The covers of “The Lookbook collection” are available in Linen and Velvet materials and both can be customized with UV Printing (Linen) or Laser Engraving (Velvet), by choosing one of our four designs.

The duplicates will be produced with the same cover material that you choose for the main Book.

We print our albums in spreads (two pages), but your album will start with a single page on the right. This first page is printed and comes immediately after the fly pages.

For storage reasons, files are automatically eliminated from Floricolor’s servers 7 days after the order is sent. For this reason, The Boutique Book is not responsible for keeping your files, in case you need a reprint of your album.
If you wish to receive a copy of your album’s design, please request it by sending an email to your account manager within the period mentioned above.

Shipping & Delivery

The turnaround time is from 7 to 9 business days, which only represents the necessary time for manufacture of the product.

Orders placed on weekends or Monday to Friday after 12am (GMT +1 >> GMT+0) are considered to be submitted on the following business day.

At peak times of year, especially the end-of-year holiday season, our sales volumes increase 3-4 times. Our staff push hard to get the work out, but our service times do extend. We will update this page with any changes, but from October to December our times do extend out after cut off orders are processed. While our cut-off dates are “guidelines, not deadlines”, we recommend finalising your end of year orders as early as possible.

Payments

The payment is exclusively made online with Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa) or PayPal.

Sales & Refund

We stand behind our products and hold ourselves to the highest quality standards. Due to the handcrafted nature of our business, there may be minor deviations which are to be considered as individual characteristics of your Album. However, any damages or major flaws resulting from shipping or production mistakes, must be photographed and sent to hello@theboutiquebook.com within 24 hours after receiving your order.

All our Albums have lifetime warranty if the instructions of the best way to protect your Album are complied.
